Banana Shake is a healthy and speedy beverage. The shake contains nuts and natural sweetener which makes delicious and ideal for serving to anybody at any time.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Yield : 2 persons
Ingredients:
1. 2 Large Ripe Bananas
2. 2- 4 dates or sugar or maple syrup as required
3. ¼ tsp cardamom or ½ tsp cinnamon powder or vanilla extract
4. 2 ice cubes
5. 1 ½ cups chilled milk or coconut milk or water
6. 30 gram Almond or ½ fresh coconut

If you are using milk then firstly boil, cool, and chill it. Otherwise, it will coagulate the shake.
We will suggest to soak the almonds for about 4-6 hours and peel off their skin. However, you can add them directly without soaking.
Now add the almonds and dates or sugar in a jar and blend it.
Put in the cardamom or cinnamon powder.
Next, pour the milk or water and blend it to reduce chunks and as smooth as possible.
Put in the bananas and ice cubes (if using) and blend it until smooth and fizzy.
Your Banana shake is ready decorate it with your favourite toppings and just pour it in a glass and gulp it down.
