Delicious chocolate cake moist is the perfect dessert serving.
Its quick preparation makes it quickly prepared for sudden guests and can be the perfect lunchbox for your child.

Preparation Time : 45 minutes

Serving : 12 people

Ingredients:

½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Method:

Preheat oven to 180° C and grease a 9 *9inch cake tin properly with butter.
Melt butter at low temperature in a pan and add sugar to it. Mix well.
Beat in the eggs, one by one, and add flour, baking powder and vanilla essence.
Finally add milk and mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter of dropping consistency. More milk can be added if required to get this consistency.
Pour this batter to the cake tin and bake at 350° C for 25-30 minutes. You can check by inserting a wooden pick at the center. If it comes out clean, your cake is done.
Frosting or dusting with icing sugar can be done if desired.
For frosting (if desired):
Mix 1 ½ cup of softened butter and 3 cups of powdered sugar in a bowl and add vanilla essence and 3-4 tbsp. lukewarm milk to it. Mix until smooth. Add more milk if required.
Use this mixture for frosting of your cake as desired.
