Chocolate Cake Recipe

Cake recipes chocolate can make a delicious chocolate cake which can be served with frosting. Cake made of chocolates makes everyone mouth's wet. Its easy way of making and less time duration makes it popular from others categories of cakes

Preparation Time :15 minutes

Serving : 12 People

Ingredients:

Flour- 2 full cups
Sugar- 2 cups
Cocoa- ¾ cup
Baking powder- 2 tea spoons
Baking soda- 1 and the half tea spoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Espresso powder- 1 tea spoon
Milk- 1 full cup
Vegetable oil- ½ cup,br> Eggs- 2
Extracted vanilla- 2 tea spoons
Boiling water- 1 cup only

Method:

Preheat Preheat the microwave at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Add sugar, baking powder, flour, cocoa, baking soda, espresso powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir all the ingredients continuously until all are combined.
Add vegetable oil, vanilla, milk and eggs to the flour mixture and stir it until combine well.
Add some boiling water to the batter carefully. Beat it for 1 minute in order to add air to batter.
Put the cake batter in the pan and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
After baking, remove it from the microwave or oven and make it cool for ten minutes.
Serve the cake with chocolate frosting.
For chocolate frosting-
Take cocoa in a bowl
Take the melted butter and mix it with the cocoa. Stir it until both are combined well
Add 1 table spoon of milk and 1 cup of sugar to the mixture. Beat it to the previous mixture and run the mixer for 1 minute only.
Add espresso powder and extract of vanilla and combine it well.
Add more milk if and only if frosting seems to dry. Add more sugar if it appears wet in condition.
