This is an awesome banana dessert recipe that's very innovative and tasty. The mixture of coconut and banana flavors is superb.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
250 ml coconut milk
150 gm flour
1 small teaspoon of baking powder
3 -4 bananas
Butter
Icing sugar
Shredded coconut for topping purposes
100 gm brown sugar
3 tbsp chocolate syrup
Cream
Little drops of Vanilla essence
Method:
First of all, take a pan and pour all the sauce ingredients with sugar in it and cook it on a medium flame until the sugar gets dissolved and the sauce becomes thickened.
Now, take a bowl and add coconut milk and a pinch of salt and mix it gently. Then add flour, baking powder, grated bananas and make a thick batter.
Then take another bowl and whisk the white part of eggs and pour it in the batter. Now, mix the batter well till you get a smooth mixture.
Now, take a non-stick tawa, heat the pan with low flame and sprinkle butter. After that, take one table spoon of batter for every pancake and cook it on a medium flame for about 3-4 minutes till the pancakes are golden from both sides. Repeat up the process for remaining 9 pancakes.
Then, slice up the remaining bananas and place the banana slices on the top of pancake.
Now, for garnishing sprinkle sugar, grated coconut, caramel sauce and a little cream at the top of banana slices
