Recipe For Banana Pudding With Caramel Sauce

This is a good recipe which utilizes the over ripe bananas for a delicious treat to the full family. Banana pudding along with caramel sauce.
This is really an amazing combination which can proffer you a heavenly taste.

Preparation Time : 20 minutes

Serving : 4-5 people

Ingredients:

Butter- 250 gm
Caster sugar- 1cup
Eggs-4
Self-rising flour- 1cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Over-ripe bananas- 1cup
Whipped cream
Extra sliced banana- For garnishing

Method:

Firstly grease a lightly deep 22 cm round cake pan. Then cover the base with baking powder.
Now blend up the sugar and butter with help of an electric mixer until it turns a fluffy and light.
Also mix the eggs in that one by one to properly blend the prepared combination.
After that transfer the mixture into a large bowl and then fold in sifted dry ingredients along with banana.
Now pour the above mixture into the pan and cook it in moderate oven at a temperature of 180 degree Celsius for about 1 hour.
Stand the pudding into the pan for about 20minutes before placing it into the plate.
For preparation of caramel sauce, pour some sugar and water into a bowl and then stir it over low heat for dissolving the sugar in it.
Once it turns golden brown in color then, cool it slowly.
Now add the butter into it and melt it slowly.
After that add the whipped cream in it and dissolve it properly.
Finally serve the pudding with caramel sauce, and decorate it with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
