A muffin is type of bread or a sweet cake which is very delicious in taste. They are very helpful for heart related diseases, building bones in your body, and provide energy to your body. Fiber present in muffins controls the blood sugar.
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
For cupcakes-
Banana – 2 mashed
Flour- 2 cups
Granulated sugar-1/2 cupBaking powder-1
poonEgg- 1 large
egg or 2 of medi
tter- 1/3 cup in a melted form
tea spoonSalt-
½ tea spoonMilk-1
cupVanilla Extract- 1 teas
Method:
Combine the baking powder, salt and flour.
Put the butter in the microwave for a minute till it gets melted. Take it out in the room temperature to make it cool.
Break the egg in a bowl and then add milk, vanilla and sugar to the egg.
Flour and grease a muffin pan thoroughly. You can also use paper liners.
Take some amount of melted butter and pour it into the mixture of egg, vanilla and milk. Stir it continuously for three or four times by adding again and again melted butter until all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Combine the dry items and liquid mixture properly within 10 seconds. The mixture should be lumpy and you may also notice pockets of flour. Don’t over mix the mixture or batter as it can lead to harder muffin.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake it at 400 degree Fahrenheit for just 20 minutes.
Cool the muffin for the 10 minutes in the pan itself.
