The banana and oats muffin is a healthy, soft, and moist bake that is a great option for the whole family. They are full of pantry staple ingredients and are packed with whole grains and nutrition.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled or quick oats
1 egg
¾ cup milk
½ cup sugar (white)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed bananas
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
2. Now in a big bowl, beat the egg lightly and slowly stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla.
3. Next, add the mashed bananas and combine thoroughly.
4. After that, stir in the flour mixture into the bowl with the banana mixture and mix until they form a smooth paste.
5. Now take the muffin moulds and grease them. Now pour the batter in them.
6. Bake them for about 18-20 minutes at 205o C.
7. After baking takes out the muffins and let them cool down.
8. Your banana and oats muffins are ready to be served.
