Luscious treat suitable for every occasion, banana split is most popular dessert especially among kids. As it can be prepared quickly therefore this dish is perfect for sudden events.

Ingredients:
Cooking chocolate (milk) or dark chocolate- 100 gm
Dried coconut- 1 ½ tbps
Vanilla and chocolate ice cream
2 peeled and sliced bananas
Peanuts, cheery as well as coconuts
Method:
Put chocolate in heat resistant bowl and place it over saucepan which is half filled with water (take care that water should not touch the bowl, it should be only half filled). Heat the pan on low flame and stir well until chocolate is melted and becomes smooth.
Remove the bowl from heat and keep aside for cooling.
Place coconut in frying pan and fry in medium flame until golden brown color appears
Remove coconut from pan and set aside. After removing coconut place peanuts in pan and again fry in low flame until golden brown colors appears.
Remove it from flame and set aside for cooling.
For serving, take serving bowl and add scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice creams to it.
Topping of banana is done and melted chocolate is drizzled.
Sprinkle some coconut and peanuts and add cheery on top. Now your dish is ready for serving
