Banana Caramel Cake

Banana caramel cake is sweet recipe of Banana which is an all-time favorite recipe for all. It contains mouth watering flavors as well as texture which make it a favorite dessert for parties and occasions.

Preparation Time : 15 minutes

Serving : 3 People

Ingredients:

Unsalted softened butter- ¾ cup
White sugar- ¾ cup
Brown sugar- ¾ cup
Eggs- 3
Multi-purposed flour- 3 cups
Baking soda- 1 ½ teaspoons
Salt- ½ teaspoon
Milk- 1 ½ cups
Caramel sauce- 1 ½ cups caramel sauce (recipe above)
Cream
Vanilla- 2 teaspoons
4-5 Mashed bananas- approximately 1 ½ cups

Method:

First of all, take a bowl and add butter, cream, brown & white sugar and mash it until fluffy. Then, add eggs by beating one by one separately and again mash the mixture until lightened & silky.
After that, take a one more bowl and add flour, salt and baking soda. Add vanilla, milk and mashed banana with that mixture and beat it until smooth.
Pour the mixture perfectly in prepared pans and also pour the pans with ½ cup sauce of caramel as well as swirl with the knife. For giving you cake an attractive look, you can add both white and colored mixture layer by layer before baking.
Then heat the oven on 325°F temperature and bake the mixture for 40 minutes.
After baking, decorate the cake with cream and vanilla sauce.
