Banana Cake Eggless Recipe

This dish gets ready easily and in no time because baking will take less time as compared to other cakes. You can make it varied options from classic to chocolate banana cake. Banana cake eggless requires less beating and fewer efforts to get prepared. Despite being eggless this cake looks exactly like the one prepared with egg. Here we are experimenting with some chocolate flavour.

Preparation Time : 30 - 35 minutes

Ingredients:

Banana – 2 mashed
All purpose flour: 1cup
Coffee powder – 1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoon
Vanilla essence – 1 ½ teaspoon
Yogurt – 1 ½ cup
Oil – ½ cup
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Sugar – ¾ cup
Some pieces of walnu
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Method:

Take flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and sieve them together properly.
Take curd and sugar in a separate bowl and beat them into a smooth paste.
Add oil to the mixture of curd and sugar and mix well.
Start adding mashed banana and vanilla essence and sieve well.
Finally add coffee powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Now pour the wet mixture into the dry mix of flour made in first step.
Fold all the contents thoroughly avoiding any lumps. You can also add some milk to balance the consistency it should be a thick dropping mixture.
Pour the final mixture into a greased pan and adjust it properly.
Now place some walnuts over the batter.
Bake it in microwave for about 8-10 minutes on 100% heating. Perform the toothpick test to check whether it is done or not.
Cool and serve.
