Tasty, moist and mouth watering, frosted Banana Bars are perfect snacks for your child lunch box. If you have extra ripened bananas then this easy and delicious dish is perfect option in front of you.

Serving : 5 People
Ingredients:
Soft butter - ½ cup
Flour- 2 cups
White sugar- 2 ½ cups
Baking soda- 1 tbps
Eggs-2
Salt- ¼ tbps
Sour cream- 1 cup
Ripe bananas (Mashed) - 1 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tbps
Cheese cream frosting- 16 ounce
Method:
At 175 degree Celsius preheat oven. Grease jellyroll pan.
Take a large bowl and combine cream, sugar, and butter together until the mixture gets smoothened. Beat 2 eggs one by one and add to it vanilla extract as well as sour cream.
Flour, salt and baking soda are combined together and stirred in batter. At last, add ripened mashed bananas. Spread them evenly on prepared pan.
In preheated oven, baking is done for about 25 minutes until the mixture is baked properly. Check whether mixture is baked properly by inserting tooth pick, if tooth pick comes out clean then your mixture is baked properly. Before frosting, completely cool the bars.
For frosting:
In a bowl, place cream cheese and butter and beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla extract and beat again for making it smooth.
