Chocolate Banana Smoothie is a healthy dessert or snack. It is dense and creamy beverage that you can make in a matter of minutes. Smoothie is full of nourishment that you can serve in breakfast to your kids.

Ingredients:

1. 1 Cup milk or water
2. 2 Large ripe bananas
3. 1 Tablespoon honey or sugar
4. 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened) or 20-gram dark chocolate or chocolate syrup
5. Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

Firstly, boil, cool, and chill the milk before starting to prepare the smoothie.
In the blender jar pour milk or water and cocoa powder and blend it until completely mixed.
Next, peel and add the bananas and honey or sugar and blend it up till it becomes smooth and foamy.
If you are adding ice cubes either blend it with the shake or add crushed ice from the top,
Your chocolate banana smoothie is ready. Garnish it with your favourite toppings and consume immediately.
