No-Bake Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Fudge Bars

These banana bars are prepared using the banana fruit as a primary ingredient and some typical cake ingredients as well. These banana fudge bars are made on the basis of the oatmeal chocolate fudge bars. Banana lovers will love this recipe for sure. It is not only rich in vitamin B6, but it is a good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber and manganese. Bananas are also fat-free, cholesterol-free and virtually sodium-free. We don’t have to refrigerate these bars. We can easily pack these banana fudge bars in a lunchbox and it is a good nutritious snack.

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Serving : 12 persons

Ingredients:

2 3/4 cup quick oats 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly sub 1 tbsp water 4 oz chocolate chips 1/2 cup mashed overripe banana

Sauce preparing:

50g pecan whole
50g salted butter, diced
50g double cream
50ml maple syrup

Method:

In case you want a thick layer of chocolate then simply just double the number of chocolate chips and bananas.
Take a pan of 8 inches and put a wax paper inside the pan. If the nut butter is difficult to stir, heat it a little then stir the oats, maple syrup, salt, nut butter, and water together until it combines evenly. Put 2/3 of this mixture into the pan prepared. Settle down the mixture hard, with the use of the second sheet of parchment to press it evenly and equally into the bottom of the mold. Then, slightly melt the chocolate chips in a new mold, then stir in the bananas until it becomes smooth. Spread this mixture at the top of the crust. Sprinkle the excess oat crumbles on top of the chocolate and push it down. Refrigerate or freeze these fudge bars until it softens enough to cut into bars.
