Peanut Butter Oreo Banana Bread Recipe

The Peanut Butter Oreo Banana Bread is a delicious treat to have to munch on. Bread is filled with Oreo cookies and peanut swirls. This banana bread recipe is easy to make and super moist.

Preparation Time : 20 minutes

Baking Time : 60 minutes

Yield/ Servings : 12 persons

Ingredients:

1. 2 Large or 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
2. 1 ½ cup flour
3. ¾ tsp salt
4. ½ tsp ground cinnamon
5. ½ tsp baking soda
6. ½ cup creamy peanut butter
7. ¼ cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
8. ½ cup refined sugar
9. 2 eggs
10. 1 tsp vanilla extract
11. 6-10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
12. Non-stick spray for greasing

Method:

Take a loaf pan of 8” × 4” and grease it with non-stick spray. At the same time preheat the oven at 350o F or 180o C.
In a bowl paddle the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
In an electric mixer bowl, pour the sugar, butter, and peanut butter and beat up until light and fluffy for about 2-3 minutes.
During beating add the egg (one at a time) and scrape down the side and add vanilla extract.
Next, lower the mixer speed and slowly add the dry ingredients little by little until the mix is smooth.
Now add the mashed banana and mix again until fully combined.
Stop the electric mixer and add the crushed Oreos and mix it by hand with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and flatten the surface with an offset spatula.
Put it in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
After that, take out the pan and let it cool.
