Spicy Kiwi Banana Smoothie is a super simple and super healthy green and white breakfast brew ideal for breakfast. Most importantly, it is high in vitamin C, potassium, and fibre. Along with this, it is quite delicious and yummy.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Yield : 1 person
Ingredients:
1. 1.5 Kiwi
2. 1 ripe banana
3. 1/3 cup milk or any other alternative milk
4. 1/3 cup low-fat yoghurt
5. 2 tbsp porridge oats
6. 0.5 thumb fresh ginger
7. ½ tsp honey
Method:
Firstly, skin the kiwis and chop off their head and bottom.
Then slice off the edges.
Now grate or chop off the ginger.
Next, put the bananas, kiwis, oats, and ginger into the blender with the milk and yoghurt and blend it.
Your spicy kiwi banana smoothie is ready. Consume immediately or chilled
