The Tropical Green Smoothie is a great beverage for breakfast. It contains many healthy ingredients like pineapple, mango chunks, spinach, milk, and ripe bananas.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Yield : 1 person
Ingredients:
1. ½ cup fresh baby spinach leaves
2. ½ cup milk or preferred milk alternative
3. 1 ripe small banana (sliced)
4. ½ cup frozen unsweetened mango chunks
5. ½ cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
Method:
In a blender jar add spinach and milk and blend it until it purees.
Now add banana, frozen pineapple, and frozen mango into the blender and blend it until smooth.
Your Tropical Green Smoothie is ready. Serve it immediately or serve after chilling.
